I am a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Geography at the University of Cambridge. My current research focuses on reconstructing past climate variability by integrating proxy records with climate model simulations through data assimilation techniques, with the aim of improving our understanding of Earth's climate history and its underlying mechanisms.

I received my PhD from Beijing Normal University, where my research focused on hydroclimate extremes, including the detection, attribution, and projection of extreme precipitation and drought, with particular emphasis on water resource assessment and the evaluation and fusion of multi-source precipitation datasets. Within the FORAGER project, I contribute to Work Package 3.
